I ordered a zOS OMEGAMON agent but cannot find the IBM Tivoli Monitoring (ITM) TEMS, TEPS or TEP code, where do I get this?
Answer
When you order the z/OS OMEGAMON agent via ShopzSeries, you should also order a $0 PID for ITMS which entitles you to the ITM TEMS, TEPS, TEP, ITM/Engine and PARMGEN code. This code will be on a server for you to download just like how you downloaded the OMEGAMON agent code but under the OTHER images section. Remember this code only stays on the server for 30 days, so download it in 30 days or you will have to order ITMS again.
