Escalations causing Out Of Memory (OOM) if unresolved email addresses used

Problem

Escalations that send emails can cause Out Of Memory errors if some addresses are not correct. This is due to a JAVAmail issue as described in WebSphere APAR PM69959. The fix for this is included in WebSphere 7.0.0.29 and above
